How do you handle keys and home access?

Can I use a lockbox or smart lock?
Yes β many clients prefer this.
What if my lockbox is damaged?
If a lockbox on your property is broken or unusable, the client is responsible for replacement.
I live in a secure building β how is entry handled?
Reliable access must be arranged in advance.
We are unable to wait for entry each visit.
If waiting is required, extended visit time may be added and billed.
How does payment work?
All services require a valid credit or debit card on file.
Invoices are automatically processed and charged the day prior to the start of service to ensure a seamless, contactless experience.
Do I need to keep a card on file?
Yes β a valid card on file is required for all active clients.
This allows us to:
